Under art. 83 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 117/2017, donations to ANAN enjoy significant tax benefits (valid in Italy).
Individuals
35% deductible up to € 30,000 (art. 83 par. 1), or deductible within the limit of 10% of total declared income (art. 83 par. 2).
Entities and companies
Deductible within the limit of 10% of total declared income (art. 83 par. 2).
