2. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide through the form on the Contact page (name, e-mail, message) or by subscribing to the newsletter (e-mail). We do not use profiling cookies or advertising tracking tools.
Only with your consent to analytics cookies do we also collect statistical browsing data, including the pages you visit and interactions with social links (destination platform and where the button sits on the site). This data is processed in aggregate form, cannot identify you and is never used for profiling or advertising.
3. Purposes
Data is used only to reply to your requests, manage your sign-up as a volunteer or supporter, and send you the newsletter if you have consented. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, on our legitimate interest in handling the requests we receive.
5. Retention
Data is kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in any case no longer than the terms required by applicable law.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your data, object to the processing or withdraw your consent. To exercise your rights, write to anan.odv@gmail.com.
7. Third-party services and non-EU transfers
For the newsletter we rely on Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), acting as data processor. For site usage statistics, only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Ltd, with anonymized IP and no advertising signals. Google may transfer data to the United States on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and of the Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time from the Cookie Policy. The site is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure.
